The Peoria Riverfront Museum is honored to partner with America's Gold Star Families and the Sgt. Anthony Maddox Memorial to serve as host of the Fallen Heroes Tree of Honor.

Dedication will take place Monday, November 20, 10:00am in the lobby of the Museum. The 14 foot, pre-lit Tree of Honor will feature over 200 hand crafted ornaments of fallen military personnel representing 40 states across the USA.

Museum CEO John Morris will serve as emcee and several area dignitaries will be in attendance. Gold Star son David Mann will share his story of losing his father during the Viet Nam conflict.

Immediately following the ceremony there will be an official lighting of the Tree and attendees will be invited to participate in hanging the ornaments. This event is open to the public and there is no cost to attend.
