Join the Professional Therapy Services staff for a FREE strength and conditioning class specifically for runners. Learn quick and easy warm up stretches, training drills to improve form, and strength exercises to target common weak areas for runners. Class will be approximately 40 minutes and PTS staff will be available for questions afterwards.
