This isn't your average museum! Your visit begins with a virtual ride in the bed of a massive two-and-a-half story Cat® 797F Mining Truck. Learn how Caterpillar's story began as two companies came together to build Caterpillar on the foundation of innovation and customer focus. Unleash your inner engineer as you design your very own Cat machine. Test your skills on a simulator to see first-hand what it's like to operate equipment the way our operators do, and no visit is complete without climbing in a track-type tractor. Hours of operation are Tuesday – Saturday from 10am-5pm, with last ticket entry at 3:30pm.

Wheel Art is a pottery studio and school owned by Master Potter, Jacob Grant, MFA. Jacob has almost 25 years experience working in clay/ceramics and has been teaching almost this long. With work displayed and sold for years at farmer's markets, art fairs and festivals, galleries, museums, and large wholesale shows, Jacob has functional pottery and ceramic artworks all over the world in private homes and galleries.
Wheel Art offers small class sizes for beginning and intermediate adults and memberships for experienced potters. In addition, we offer kid classes, scout troops experiences to earn pottery badges, field trips, Teens & Summer Camp, parties, events, and workshops of all kinds.
With Jacob's distinct hand-over-hand teaching style, he has collaboratively created thousands of pots with other people's hands. When you create a piece with Jacob, his signature is signed along with your name to join a family of pottery and ceramic sculpture with the same signature, scattered across the globe.
